UTMACH Launches High-Efficiency Photovoltaic Panel Recycling Line to Support Green Circular Economy
As the global photovoltaic industry continues to expand, the recycling of end-of-life solar panels has become an increasingly critical challenge. In response, UTMACH has officially launched its advanced photovoltaic panel recycling system, designed to efficiently and sustainably recover valuable materials such as glass, silicon wafers, and metals—contributing to a closed-loop, low-carbon development model for the solar industry.
The PV panel recycling line is specifically engineered for processing discarded solar panels, photovoltaic glass, silicon wafers, and aluminum frames. Featuring a modular design, the system can be flexibly configured to meet varying capacity requirements. The integrated process includes manual disassembly, crushing, screening, magnetic separation, electrostatic separation, and air separation, enabling high-purity recovery of glass fragments, metal powders, and silicon materials. The overall material recovery rate exceeds 90%.
Key technical features include:
High Recovery Rate: Over 90% of glass, silicon, metals, and other materials are effectively recovered.
Low Investment: Utilizes energy-efficient sorting equipment to reduce operational costs.
Modular Design: Flexible configuration allows adaptation to different processing scales.
Environmentally Friendly: Equipped with a dust removal system to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Automated Control: Centralized PLC control enables intelligent and user-friendly operation.
The system is widely used in retired PV power plant component processing centers, renewable resource recycling companies, and environmental protection equipment manufacturers. It is suitable for waste photovoltaic module recycling, comprehensive recycling of electronic waste materials, and various environmental protection initiatives.
From both environmental and economic perspectives, the recycling line significantly reduces landfill waste from photovoltaic panels, conserves land resources, and maximizes economic returns through the recovery of high-purity silicon and metal materials. It embodies a circular economy model centered on "green recycling, reuse, and low-carbon development."
UTMACH remains committed to advancing sustainable recycling technologies and providing robust solutions for the growing photovoltaic recycling market.
